BREAKING: MJF’s AEW Future Possibly Confirmed

MJF’s next challenger could have been confirmed tonight.

Ever since Andrade returned to AEW, he has made it clear that he wants to become the World Champion. However, he has faced some minor setbacks that have kept him out of the World Title picture. He had the chance to become the number one contender at Grand Slam Australia 2026, but he lost to Hangman Adam Page.

Then, he had the chance to prevent Maxwell from earning a World Title shot at AEW Dynasty 2026. However, he lost again. Since then, he has been having issues with MJF, who has blamed Andrade for the former losing the World Title to Darby Allin. The two men have taken shots at each other in recent weeks. Now that Maxwell is the World Champion again, Andrade wants a title shot.

Andrade wants an AEW World Championship match against MJF

Tonight on AEW Dynamite, Andrade was in a backstage segment where he said he is now done with distractions like the Stadium Stampede match. Hence, he can now focus on beating Maxwell Jacob Friedman and becoming the next World Champion.

“Now that the stupid Stadium Stampede is over, I can focus on winning the World Title and beating the stupid and putito MJF. MJF, do you think you are better than a real latino man? How you know?”

It remains to be seen if Andrade will be able to win the AEW World Championship.
