WWE NXT Stand & Deliver saved the best for last as the final match of the night saw Joe Hendry defend his NXT Championship in a fatal-four-way match, after it was announced by Robert Stone a couple of weeks back.

The hunt for Joe Hendry’s title had been heating up with both Ricky Saints and Ethan Page vying for the title, before Tony D’Angelo staked his claim as well. After chaos broke out between all four men, the match was made official.

The show began with the crowning of a new NXT Women’s Champion as Lola Vice won her match, and the final match had the potential to end the night with another new champion in WWE.

Ricky Saints and Ethan Page worked together for most of the first half of the match after Tony D’Angelo was taken out of the ring. It became a two-on-one match against Hendry for a little while before the champion fought back.

However, things strained between Page and Saints as well after Ethan hit Ricky Saints with a splash. The breakdown in their equation even allowed Tony D’Angelo to return to the match.

He dropped Page and Saints out of the ring and stood tall after hitting Hendry with a Spinebuster. The dominance didn’t last long as Saints and Page took him out of the ring and smashed him into the steel steps.

They followed it up with a Revolution DDT and a Twisted Grin on the outside. Meanwhile, Joe Hendry had recovered, and he dominated both of them. He took both of them out of the ring and then turned his attention to D’Angelo.

Chaos ensued following that, as all four men had their moments. Saints almost won the match after hitting Joe Hendry with a Steel Chair and hitting the Revolution DDT on the chair, but the pin was broken by Ethan Page.

They brawled outside, and just when Page was about to take Ricky out, D’Angelo speared them onto the announce table, causing it to break. He followed that up with a vicious Spear to Hendry and hit him with Dead To Rights to become the new NXT Champion.
