“You’re Starting To Sound Like Roman” – Bloodline Member Confronted On WWE SmackDown
Roman Reigns was referenced on WWE SmackDown during a backstage segment tonight.
Earlier in the night, the MFT lost their tag team titles to R-Truth and Damian Priest. Competing under the freebird rule, JC Mateo replaced Solo Sikoa in the match, teaming up with Tama Tonga.
In the closing minutes, other members of My Family Tree interfered in the match, forcing their longstanding rivals, The Wyatt Sicks, to make their presence felt, too.
Uncle Howdy neutralized Sikoa by the ringside with a Mandible Claw, as Priest and Truth disposed of the champions to become the new title holders.
Solo Sikoa Confronted By Tama Tonga On WWE SmackDown
Solo Sikoa was irate following their tag titles loss on WWE SmackDown.
While giving his stablemates a dressing down, JC Mateo blamed the loss on The Wyatt Sicks’ interference. However, Sikoa was having none of it.
Tama Tonga stepped in and claimed that Sikoa had not been the same since he stole the Sicks’ lantern. Tonga then said, “You’re starting to sound like Roman,” referencing the Original Tribal Chief when he was the leader of the Bloodline.
The comparison triggered a reaction from Sikoa, but before he could act, the group was distracted by a brawl between Drew McIntyre and Jacob Fatu.
