Becky Lynch Missing WWE RAW Due To “Emergency Meeting”
Becky Lynch has confirmed that she won’t be on the post-Royal Rumble edition of WWE Monday Night Raw.
The Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch failed in her attempt to be a 2-time Women’s Royal Rumble winner. Lynch entered the Women’s Rumble in the #9 spot, renewed her rivalry with Charlotte Flair, and also interacted with other names from her past.
Lynch was able to eliminate the former Women’s IC Champion Maxxine Dupri, but then Lynch was dumped out of the ring by Nattie, who used to go by Natalya in WWE. Lynch lasted only 7:35 in the match, and she had one elimination.
As for what’s next, the “Greatest Women’s Wrestler Of All-Time” Becky Lynch announced on social media that she won’t be at the February 2nd episode of Raw in Philadelphia.
For those wondering, I WILL NOT BE AT RAW TONIGHT! I am in Los Angeles having an EMERGENCY MEETING with some of the BIGGEST lawyers in the business! I have been treated very UNFAIRLY, and it’s time to hold some people accountable!
I SHOULD BE ON THE COVER OF THE WWE2K26!!! I SHOULD BE YOUR 2026 ROYAL RUMBLE WINNER!!! I SHOULD BE CELEBRATING WITH ALL MY BECKY BELIEVERS TONIGHT!!! I WAS SCREWED!!! When my team is done, we will rename the company WWBTB!!! THIS ISN’T OVER!!!

It’s worth noting that when she’s on social media, Becky Lynch is a very over-the-top character just like her heel persona on WWE television, so her explanation for missing Raw may not be totally valid. It could just be that Lynch missed this week’s show due to a well-deserved break.
Becky Lynch Hates Her WWE Name
In a recent interview with her husband, Seth Rollins, the future WWE Hall of Famer Becky Lynch admitted she doesn’t like her WWE name, but she did like her real name, Rebecca Quin. That said, Lynch admitted she had gotten used to her name.
“I’m a big fan of a moniker because I hate my name. I love Rebecca Quin, Rebecca Quin rocks, what a great name. Becky Lynch. Lynch. It doesn’t roll off the tongue, you know?
Unlike Colby over here, I was way more often on the chopping block, so I came up with names I thought were super cool, and then they kept saying no, and eventually they just got a combination of Becky and an Irish name, and Lynch was one of the ones they approved, and I kind of wanted to keep a bit of my own name so it’s less confusing than ‘Seth & Colby’. At least, whenever the time comes, that I’m done I can still be Rebecca, Becky.
And then Lynch, I didn’t feel like I could push back, so I was just like ‘ok, that’ll be it.'”
On WWE Unreal, Becky Lynch admitted that her current WWE contract is likely her last, but there’s no information about how many years could be left on her deal. Lynch turned 39 years old a few days ago.
