Becky Lynch Threatens To Have Major WWE Name Removed From Role

Becky Lynch has threatened to get one major WWE name removed from their job.

Becky Lynch might be WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion again, but her ego shows no sign of abating. Lynch has already got one WWE name banned from a building, but now she’s going after the voice of the company.

Becky Lynch recently took to social media to express her unhappiness, as only she and perhaps one other person on the planet possibly could, threatening to get Michael Cole removed from his role in WWE:

Michael COLESLAW (because coleslaw is bad and nobody likes it) still has not apologized for spreading false information that I STOLE the INTERGALACTIC (new name) championship on Monday! He better apologize soon, or my lawyers will have him removed from commentary IMMEDIATELY!!! @MichaelCole

Michael Cole Not Impressed By Becky Lynch

Michael responded, taking a rare foray into social media to take his own shot at Lynch, and pretty much anyone who uses social media:

I don’t stoop to the level of those who use social media to better themselves or their careers.

That was Cole’s first post of 2026; he made a handful of them in 2025, most of them centred on his bromance with Pat McAfee.
