WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event featured Danhausen’s fifth ever televised match in WWE, which saw him take on JD McDonagh in a No-DQ match.

With Dominik Mysterio present and helping JD out at every turn, Danhausen was at a huge disadvantage throughout the match. He then took matters into his own hands to even the odds.

He stuffed a cat soft toy and a New York Knicks jersey into his cloning machine, and out came another cat. It was KAT- Karl-Anthony Towns of the New York Knicks.

Karl-Anthony Towns is a 7 feet tall Center/Power Forward for the New York Knicks, and was an integral part of their 2026 NBA winning campaign.

He helped power the team to their first NBA Championship in 53 years, while becoming the NBA all star for the third consecutive time this year.

Who is Karl-Anthony Towns? Danhausen’s partner at WWE SNME

Born in New Jersey, Towns is a boyhood New York Knicks fan who grew up playing in the city before representing the University of Kentucky at College Level.

He then became the first overall draft pick during the 2015 NBA Draft, where he was picked up by Minnesota Timberwolves. He was named the Rookie of the Year in 2016 and remained with them till 2024.

KAT won three NBA All Star games while still with the Timberwolves before moving to the New York Knicks in 2026. He was his first ever championship with the Knicks earlier this year.

Outside of the sport, he is known for his social justice work and even won the Kareem Abdul Jabber Social Justice Champion Award in 2024.

The NBA bestowed him with the award as his work advocating for voting rights. He supported Minnesota’s state legislation which restored the right to vote for formerly incarcerated individuals.

Towns was also seen in this year’s hit comedy drama film, The Devil Wears Prada 2, where he makes a cameo appearance as himself.
