Hangman Adam Page’s Surprising Choices For AEW’s Best Signings

Hangman Adam Page

Former AEW Men’s World Champion Adam Page has picked some unexpected names as the promotion’s best ever signings.

Tony Khan set his stall out early when AEW was formed in 2019, as he swooped up Cody Rhodes, The Young Bucks, Kenny Omega, and Adam Page. While that group’s involvement was obvious, what was not was that Khan was also bringing in former WWE Champion Chris Jericho as well as Hall of Fame announcer Jim Ross.

Jon Moxley was the next major piece of the puzzle, debuting at the company’s first pay-per-view, and over the years, the big names have kept coming. CM Punk, Bryan Danielson, Christian Cage, Adam Copeland, Mercedes Mone, Kazuchika Okada, and Will Ospreay, to name but a few, all made their home in AEW, at least for a while in some instances.

But two overlooked stars are Adam Page’s picks as the best signings Tony Khan has ever made.

Adam Page Puts Over AEW Partners

Speaking on Speedball Mike Bailey’s vlog, Page told his current AEW Trios Champions partners, Mike Bailey and Kevin Knight, that they are his pick for AEW’s top signings:

Hey, let me tell you what. I’m so glad you guys are here. I think the both of you are two of the best signings AEW has ever made. I mean it not just for the future, but I mean it for right now. You guys are great.

Speedball Mike Bailey debuted in AEW after his time in TNA came to an end. Kevin Knight officially signed with the company and soon formed the JetSpeed team with Bailey.
