Adam Copeland & Christian Cage Set For AEW Rematch With Huge Stipulation

Adam Copeland AEW

Adam Copeland was cheated out of the TNT Title he won from Christian Cage back at Worlds End and now he’s got another crack at the gold.

At AEW Worlds End, Adam Copeland defeated his former friend to capture the TNT Championship but the conniving Cage always has a trick up his sleeve.

Earlier in the night Killswitch won a battle royal to secure himself a TNT Title match any time, any place. After Copeland’s win, Killswitch attacked the new champion before Cage forced him to turn over his contract and immediately defeated Copeland to regain the title.

Adam Copeland had vowed to work his way back up the rankings to earn another match against Cage but now it looks like he’s tired of waiting.

Adam Copeland Attacks On Dynamite

On Dynamite in Duluth, GA, Christian Cage and The Patriarchy laid out Daniel Garcia and Matt Menard but as they retreated up the new-look entranceway, Adam Copeland made an appearance with a steel chair. Copeland took out the group but Cage escaped and fled in a stolen car to avoid retribution.

Copeland spoke directly into the camera as he challenged Christian Cage to an I Quit match for the TNT Title on the March 20th edition of Dynamite that will take place in Toronto. Immediately after the segment, Tony Khan made the match official.
