Updated WWE Battleground Lineup; Two Six Man Tag Matches Plus More!

World Wrestling Entertainment’s next pay-per-view will be Battleground on July 24 from the Verizon Center in Washington D.C..

Two more matches were announced for the card during Monday’s (July 11) edition of Raw. The United States Title will be on the line as Rusev will defending his championship against Zack Ryder. Also, Darren Young will be challenging for The Miz’s Intercontinental Title after he won a number one contender Battle Royal on Raw.

In addition to this, it was announced today by Renee Young on Facebook Live that The New Day will be battling The Wyatt Family in a six-man tag team match at Battleground. In this bout, The New Day’s Tag Team Titles will not be on the line.

With Battleground under two weeks away, this is what the card currently looks like:

Triple Threat for the WWE Championship: Dean Ambrose (c) vs. Seth Rollins vs. Roman Reigns

Six-Man Tag Team Match: John Cena, Enzo Amore & Big Cass vs. The Club (AJ Styles, Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson)

Six-Man Tag Team Match: The New Day vs. The Wyatt Family

Sami Zayn vs. Kevin Owens

United States Championship Match: Rusev (c) vs. Zack Ryder

Intercontinental Championship: The Miz (c) vs. Darren Young

Becky Lynch vs. Natalya

It is also possible that Charlotte will be defending her Women’s Title against Sasha Banks at Battleground. However, that match has yet to be officially confirmed by WWE.
