The NWA World Heavyweight Champion Matt Cardona had his right arm in a brace after having a recent surgery. Cardona was in the ring with his wife Chelsea Green, Mike Knox & VSK and Cardona noted that Alwayz Ready was named after him. Cardona said that he was proud to be the NWA World Heavyweight Champion and he worked 19 years to be a World Champion. Cardona said he knows Nick Aldis doesn’t like him. Cardona said that unfortunately, they won’t find out who the better man is tonight. Cardona said that he has a torn biceps after tearing it off the bone and he was told he’ll be back in 3 to 5 months after having surgery this past week. Cardona claimed that he called the shots, but that’s when NWA President William Patrick Corgan (Billy Corgan) walked out to the ring.
Corgan talked to Cardona without a microphone present. Cardona was hesitant to hand over the title and that led to Nick Aldis making his entrance in his wrestling gear.
Nick Aldis did promo about how Cardona is an ex-WWE parasite and claimed that he conned his way into a top spot in the NWA. Aldis told Cardona he thinks he’s a big deal because some guy used to write his promos for him. Aldis told Cardona he’s not the World Champion and he never will be. Aldis talked about Ric Flair, Harley Race, Dory Funk and their legacies in the NWA. Aldis said that the reality is that Cardona can’t get it done in the squared circle to the level of Nick Aldis. Nick told Cardona to nurse his arm back to health so he can jerk off over his own tweets and told Cardona to give him a call when he’s ready. Aldis said that he’ll always do what he has always done for this promotion and said he’ll close the show for the fans. Aldis wanted to have a match to send the fans home happy like he’s done every day in this promotion.
Trevor Murdoch walked out to the ring and it looked like he was accepting a match against Aldis.
Thom Latimer also walked out to the ring with his wife Kamille. Latimer told Corgan that he’s a main event guy and he’s in the main event tonight. Latimer said in about 20 minutes he’ll walk out of here as the World Heavyweight Champion and Corgan is going to be happy about it.
Sam Shaw also made his way down to the ring doing his Dexter Lumis gimmick. Shaw said: “I want in.” The fans chanted “fatal four way.”
Corgan finally got the NWA World Heavyweight Title from Cardona, who kissed the title and handed it to Corgan.
I trust you @Billy. #AlwayzReady

It led to a Fatal 4-Way match for the vacant NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship: Nick Aldis vs. Trevor Murdoch vs. Sam Shaw vs. Thom Latimer.
* Trevor Murdoch defeated Nick Aldis, Sam Shaw and Thom Latimer to win the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship. Murdoch did a top rope bulldog on Aldis for the pinfall win. Murdoch is now a two-time NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion.
After the match, Trevor Murdoch did a quick promo. He shook hands with Billy Corgan and Bully Ray. Murdoch left to the back to end the show.
NWA Alwayz Ready had a runtime of 3 hours, 40 minutes on Fite TV.
