WWE Urged Not To Release Bianca Belair

Bianca Belair

Bianca Belair has been sidelined from action since April 2025.

The EST suffered a severe fracture to her knuckle and finger joint at WrestleMania 41 during her triple threat match against Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley.

Since then, Belair has been undergoing rehabilitation, but her finger failed to heal properly over more than 10 months of rehab. Ultimately, she had to undergo surgery to address a knuckle that had become “frozen” and was unable to bend. Following the surgery, she began physical therapy.

WWE had initially hoped that she would return in early 2026, possibly around the Royal Rumble or WrestleMania season, but reports suggest that she may miss the event and could be sidelined for an extended period of in-ring time.

Jonathan Coachman Asks WWE To “Take Care” Of Bianca Belair

Speaking about Bianca Belair’s current unfortunate situation on The Coach And Bro Show, Jonathan Coachman urged WWE not to release her due to her inability to perform at the moment.

Vince Russo agreed with Coachman’s comments, stating that Belair is a top-tier asset to the company and that WWE should take care of her during this tough time.

I really, really hope that TKO does not release her or do something because she hasn’t been able to work. This is one of those situations where you take care of her. And no matter how long it takes, you take care of her. (From 15:45)

It was also recently reported that WWE had originally planned a rematch between Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill for WrestleMania 42. However, due to the surgery, the company reportedly pivoted to booking Cargill against Rhea Ripley for WrestleMania 42.
