Another WWE star will be out for several months.

WWE is already without Seth Rollins, Rhea Ripley, CM Punk, and Raquel Rodriguez, and it’s now been confirmed that Dominik Mysterio won’t be wrestling for the foreseeable future.

While it had previously been reported that Mysterio was pulled from WWE’s recent European tour the true extent of his injury was unknown. After featuring on Raw in a sling, it’s been reported by Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, that Mysterio will soon be undergoing elbow surgery.

“Dominik Mysterio also had an elbow injury. It apparently happened in a 4/15 match with Andrade and was described to us as a freak accident. He will be undergoing Tommy John surgery on his elbow which for a baseball pitcher means at least nine months out.

Since he doesn’t have to throw pitches hard, his recovery time would probably be a little shorter. As of right now, the plan would be to keep him as a television character while recovering.”

Several hours after this story came out, Dominik Mysterio tweeted on X that he won’t have surgery.

Drew McIntyre is also dealing with a badly hyperextended elbow, but he continues to work through the issue.

Jimmy Uso To Miss WWE Draft

Meanwhile, it’s been reported that Jimmy Uso will miss the WWE Draft due to an undisclosed injury.

The star’s most recent appearance came on the SmackDown after WrestleMania 40 where he was attacked by Solo Sikoa and the debuting Tama Tonga kicking him out of The Bloodline. The assault was punishment for losing to his brother Jey at the spectacular.
