WWE Superstar Montez Ford has revealed his is open to a fight inside the UFC Octagon.

As a member of the Street Profits, Ford has completed the prestigious triple crown of WWE Tag Team gold, having lifted the Raw, SmackDown and NXT Tag Team Championship alongside partner Angelo Dawkins.

The duo joined forces with Bobby Lashley after being drafted to SmackDown in August 2023 and it now appears that Ford is readying himself to follow the likes of Lashley, Brock Lesnar and CM Punk into the world of mixed martial arts.

Ford was in attendance at UFC 298 in Anaheim, California on 17th February to watch Ilia Topuria defeat Alexander Volkanovski to lift the UFC Featherweight Championship in the main event.

The 33 year-old recently took to social media site ‘X‘ to declare that he was open to a bout inside the famed UFC Octagon:

“You miss every shot you don’t take, so I’ll go on record to say that… I AM OPEN TO STEPPING INTO THE OCTAGON”

A crossover between UFC and WWE now seems more likely than ever following the Endeavor takeover of WWE in September 2023 that brought WWE and UFC together under the newly formed TKO Group.

The two companies recently announced a five-year live event partnership with Anaheim’s Honda Center.
