WWE Star Liv Morgan: “I Just Very Much Related To Her”
Liv Morgan has surprisingly given someone else a place above her in WWE.
The Miracle Kid is known for always calling herself the greatest of all time in her promos with every achievement she bags. Ahead of heading to WrestleMania 42 to compete for the Women’s World Championship against Stephanie Vaquer, Morgan has said that she highly relates to a decorated Hall of Famer.
Liv Morgan Shares a Core Childhood Memory
Speaking to 8 News Now, the 2026 Royal Rumble winner noted that she had been a pro wrestling fan since the age of 5. She stated that growing up with four brothers at home, she was a tomboy and wore baggy pants, not hesitating to get into some roughhousing with her siblings.
Liv Morgan said that when she watched Lita in WWE, she really related to her because the former four-time Women’s Champion bashed heads with male superstars and wore baggy pants.
I grew up watching wrestling since I was five years old, and I loved Lita. I grew up with four older brothers. So I was very much a tomboy. I would roughhouse with my brothers, wear baggy pants and sneakers, and Lita was a WWE superstar who would wrestle the boys, wear baggy pants, wear sneakers. So I saw her and I just very much related to her.” [H/T Fightful]
Lita is one of the greatest veterans in WWE and the pro wrestling business, inspiring several future wrestlers alongside her greatest rival, Trish Stratus.
Liv Morgan is currently involved in a highly personal and white-hot feud with Stephanie Vaquer. La Primera started the personal onslaught by targeting Morgan’s trajectory in WWE, stating that she doesn’t know the meaning of sacrifice and hard work.
Getting back at her, The Miracle Kid mocked her for not being selected in her first tryout in WWE. Things escalated when Vaquer went after Morgan’s family, and on this week’s episode of RAW, the Judgment Day member took her revenge.
The inaugural Women’s Crown Jewel Champion baited La Primera by cussing her mother out and asking her for a faceoff. Not long after The Dark Angel walked in, a returning Roxanne Perez blindsided her, and Liv Morgan landed an Oblivion on Vaquer, slamming her face into a steel chair. It would be interesting to see who will exit Las Vegas with the Women’s World Championship.
