WWE SmackDown Star Explains Absence From Royal Rumble
A WWE SmackDown star has one word to explain why they were not part of the Royal Rumble.
The 2026 Royal Rumble is now in the books with Liv Morgan walking away with the victory in the women’s match to book her title shot at WrestleMania 42. That bout saw the very unexpected return of WWE Hall of Famer Brie Bella to the ring for the first time in four years. Perhaps the biggest surprise in that match was who didn’t appear as the bookmaker’s favourite to win the bout; Bianca Belair didn’t even end up being a part of it.
In the men’s match, it was Roman Reigns who walked away with the victory. Reigns now joins an exclusive club of two-time winners of the match alongside the likes of Hulk Hogan, John Cena, Cody Rhodes, Batista, and Charlotte Flair.
Former AEW star Powerhouse Hobbs made his WWE debut in the Rumble match, but many people still had questions about the absence of several stars from the bout.
Kit Wilson Misses Toxic WWE Royal Rumble
Now, one of those missing stars, SmackDown’s Kit Wilson, has taken to social media to explain why he wasn’t part of the match, and one word seems to sum it all up:
Joke’s on you if you thought I was gonna be in that Royal Rumble with those toxic men out there.
Wilson then ran down a list of stars in the match, including Brock Lesnar, and labelled them toxic.
KIT WILSON SAYS THE REASON HE WAS NOT IN THE ROYAL RUMBLE IS BECAUSE HE DIDN’T WANNA BE AROUND TOXIC MEN 😂#RoyalRumble
