A former WWE personality has just made a shocking confession about Vince McMahon.

Vince McMahon was once one of the most influential men in the professional wrestling business. After buying the WWE from his father, Vince proceeded to build it into the sports entertainment juggernaut it is today. Throughout the years. Vince has faced a lot of controversy. However, he has always managed to come out on top.

Despite being in the spotlight for a lot of the wrong reasons, many WWE legends and wrestlers attribute much of their success and wealth to Vince McMahon. Unfortunately, Vince had to take an unceremonious exit from WWE after he was sued by Janel Grant. Despite the allegations against Vince, a former WWE personality refuses to speak ill of him.

Dangerous Danny Davis says he would be in jail if it weren’t for Vince McMahon

During an interview with Wrestling Epicenter, Dangerous Danny Davis said that he would be d*ad or in jail if it weren’t for Vince McMahon. He also said that Vince helped out a lot of people by giving them opportunities. Despite praising his former boss, Danny is not trying to justify all his wrongdoings.

“Vince McMahon, without him, I think that me, Danny Davis, Dangerous Danny Davis, however you want to call me, would either be d*ad or in jail. No getting around it. Where I was going. Where I was headed. And there are a lot of other people who he helped out too. You know, he didn’t take you by hand and do it. He gave you opportunities and if you were smart enough to see those opportunities and know that you don’t need to be what you were, this is an opportunity to improve yourself and become something. Now, I’m not saying Vince McMahon is an angel and I’m not saying that he doesn’t have his bad side and stuff like that and all that. All I can say is I don’t think I was ever his close friend, but I was never really his enemy.

Danny Davis further added that Vince was a genius for bringing wrestling into the mainstream.

“So, in that respect, I think that Vince McMahon is a genius into how he brought the wrestling along and what he did for the wrestling. And having said that all that, I think that when Vince McMahon is done with this wrestling business, I think that it’s gong to be a very hard thing for someone to carry it on.”

It will be interesting to see if Vince McMahon will ever make his return to the wrestling industry again.
