Paige And Brie Bella’s Team Officially Gets A New Name In WWE

The WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, Brie Bella & Paige, have a team name and some new merchandise.

It was at WrestleMania 42 in April when Nikki Bella revealed that her ankle injury wasn’t healed, so she was unable to compete in the Women’s Tag Team Title match.

Taking Nikki’s place was a returning Paige, who was back in a WWE ring after nearly a decade, and at the end of the match, Paige & Brie Bella were the new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.

Since winning the gold, Paige and Brie have been fighting champions, but they don’t have an actual tag team name.

A new merchandise item appearing on WWEShop may change that, as it appears that Paige and Brie will be called Scream Mode. Brie is known for her “Brie Mode” yell, while Paige is the screaming part of the equation.

At WrestleMania 42, Paige made her stunning return to the WWE, replacing Nikki Bella as Brie’s partner in their WWE Women’s Tag Team Title Fatal Four-Way Match.

After defying the odds, Paige and Brie captured the gold, and Paige became a Champion for the first time since 2014.

Paige & Brie Bella Pick Up Big Win On WWE SmackDown Ahead Of Two More Title Matches

On WWE SmackDown in Columbia, South Carolina, Paige & Brie Bella were in action against the team of Giulia & Kiana James, which has been having problems of late.

While it appeared that Giulia and James would avoid their problems in this tag team match, things began to unravel toward the finish of the match. That’s when Paige and Brie capitalized, leading to Paige hitting her Rampaige DDT on James for the win.

That win gives Paige & Brie Bella some momentum going into what should be a busy week for the champions since they might have to defend the Women’s Tag Team Titles twice.

This coming Monday, on the May 18th edition of WWE Raw, it has been announced that Paige and Brie will defend the Women’s Tag Team Titles against The Judgment Day’s Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez. The Rodriguez/Perez team are former Women’s Tag Team Champions who may have some help from Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan, so it won’t be an easy match for Brie and Paige.

Prior to their SmackDown match, Paige & Brie were confronted by The Irresistible Forces team of Nia Jax & Lash Legend, who mentioned that they are getting a championship match at Saturday Night’s Main Event on May 23rd.

Jax and Legend told Brie and Paige that they wanted to face them at Saturday Night’s Main Event so that the Irresistible Forces could beat the team that took the titles at WrestleMania.
