The first-ever two-night WWE NXT Takeover event is called Stand & Deliver and will take place on Wednesday, April 7 and Thursday, April 8. The April 7 event will take place on USA Network or wherever you regularly watch the NXT television show. The April 8 event will take place on Peacock in the US and WWE Network everywhere else.
There are currently eight official matches over the two-night Takeover event and here’s what we know so far.
These matches will take place on Wednesday, April 7.
NXT Women’s Championship: Io Shirai (c) vs. Raquel Gonzalez
NXT Tag Team Championships (Titles Are Vacant): MSK vs. Grizzled Young Veterans vs. Legado del Fantasma
NXT UK Championship: WALTER (c) vs. Tommaso Ciampa
Six-Man Gauntlet Eliminator Match – The Winner Gets US Title Match on Night Two of NXT Takeover Stand & Deliver
The six competitors in the Gauntlet Elimination Match will be the six men that survive the 12-man battle royal on NXT next week.
This is what April 8, Night 2 of NXT Takeover Stand & Deliver looks like on Peacock/WWE Network:
NXT Championship: Finn Balor (c) vs. Karrion Kross – Night 2 Co-Main Event
Unsanctioned Match: Kyle O’Reilly vs. Adam Cole – Night 2 C0-Main Event
NXT North American Championship: Johnny Gargano (c) vs. Winner of Gauntlet Eliminator Battle Royal
Ladder Match for the NXT Cruiserweight Championship: Santos Escobar vs. Jordan Devlin
That’s the official card for now. Another match that seems likely is NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Ember Moon & Shotzi Blackheart defending their titles against Candice LeRae & Indi Hartwell. That will probably be on night two since the men’s tag team match is on night one.
