This fatal four-way tag team bout for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles saw a shock return and a surprising result.

The WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships were on the line at WrestleMania 42 as the champions, The Irresistible Forces (Nia Jax and Lash Legend), were in a fatal four-way bout against three other teams: Bayley and Lyra Valkyria, Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss, and WWE legends The Bella Twins.

A major twist took place on the grandest stage of them all, however, when an injured Nikki Bella announced that she wasn’t medically cleared to compete and was replaced by a returning Paige, who would team up with her sister Brie.

The crowd at Allegiant Stadium popped hard at the inclusion of the former two-time Women’s champion.

Paige & Brie Bella Win And become The New WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions

All the women got their offense in, with heavy rotation, as members of each team got some time in the ring while everyone waited patiently for Paige to enter the proceedings.

Bire Bella eventually tagged in Paige, who immediately made an impact. She first did some tag work with Charlotte Flair, her former teammate at NXT, but then locked horns with The Queen.

The chaotic match ended shockingly when Paige delivered the RamPaige move and pinned Alexa Bliss to pick up the victory and win the tag team titles for herself and Brie Bella.
