The Vision pulled off a massive shock on Monday by winning the tag titles from The Usos.

One WWE legend has now made their displeasure known with the outcome. Matt Hardy is currently signed to TNA, where he is the reigning World Tag Team Champion with his brother Jeff Hardy.

Matt and Jeff Hardy have previously had multiple stints in the Stamford promotion, where they have won the tag titles as many as 10 times, including their NXT and WCW Tag Team Championships.

The WWE Tag Team Championship match between The Vision’s Austin Theory and Logan Paul and The Usos was announced last week after Jey Uso took out both Vision members using brass knuckles.

On March 30, the title was contested under New York Street Fight rules at Madison Square Garden. While the champions dominated the majority of the match, Theory and Paul made the most out of the interferences from LA Knight and YouTuber IShowSpeed.

In the closing minutes, just as Jimmy Uso attempted a suicide dive on Paul, he was punched square in the face by Paul while wearing his brass knuckles.

It distracted Jey Uso, who was in the middle of executing his Frog Splash finisher. Inside the ring, a dazed Austin Theory put his arm around Jimmy for the three count.

Matt Hardy Teases WWE WrestleMania Return

Matt Hardy called The Vision winning the Tag Team Championship a travesty while sharing his thoughts on X.

While at it, he also proposed a return for The Hardy Boyz at WrestleMania 42 to reclaim the tag titles, which he believes would bring the crowd to its feet.

Matt and Jeff are also known for their surprise return at WrestleMania 33 in 2017, where they won the tag titles in a fatal four-way ladder match.
