WWE Legend John Cena debuted a shocking new look.
The Leader of the Cenation has been open about his hair transplant journey, which began in 2024. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, he admitted that WWE fans’ jokes about his bald spot ultimately convinced him to undergo the procedure.
After undergoing his first FUE hair transplant in 2024, the 49-year-old took to social media tonight to reveal that he had recently undergone a second procedure. The Never Seen 17 shared a photo of himself completely bald, explaining that he had gone “all in” this time in hopes of achieving the best possible results.

John Cena Retired From WWE In 2025
Last year, John Cena embarked on his retirement tour in WWE. The Leader of the Cenation captured his 17th world championship and held the Intercontinental Title to become a Grand Slam Champion before hanging up his boots in December.
In a recent interview with the Saudi Tourism Authority, Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan reflected on the moment she shared with Cena at Survivor Series last year, when she kicked him below the belt, costing him the Intercontinental Championship. She admitted that it felt surreal because she grew up as a fan of the WWE legend.
It felt surreal. It felt surreal because I grew up a John Cena fan. So to come full circle and help Dominik defeat him during his retirement tour, to have my moment with John Cena, I think is something that I never really thought I’d do, ever. But it was so much fun. Dominik won, that’s all that matters, and The Judgment Day was on top.
