Update On Dominik Mysterio Ahead Of WWE Royal Rumble
Dominik Mysterio has been off WWE TV since he suffered a shoulder injury during his match against Rey Mysterio.
The WWE Hall of Famer reversed a Suplex into a DDT when the father-son duo went head-to-head in a tag team match at AAA. Dominik Mysterio landed on his shoulders, leading to the injury.
The Stamford-based promotion pulled him from the live event in Baltimore on December 27th, 2026. Furthermore, Liv Morgan gave an update about him as well, claiming that he is out and resting.

With the Royal Rumble set for January 31st, 2026, fans have been wondering if the Intercontinental Champion will be present for the premium live event.
However, ahead of that, Dominik Mysterio had visited the Future Stars of Wrestling Arena in Las Vegas.
Great to have WWE Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio at the @FSWVegas Arena. Hopefully he listened to all the advice we gave him and help him get over.

While Mysterio still has time to make it to the Royal Rumble, he might not actually be a part of any event since The Judgment Day members have already reached Riyadh.
If he is present at the Royal Rumble arena, he could be there to run interference if needed.
