WWE WrestleMania 42 is just a few hours away. It looks like two current champions will be walking out of The Show of Shows without gold around their waists.

As of this writing, the sports entertainment juggernaut has announced 13 matches for the two-night extravaganza, including eight title bouts.

The main event of WrestleMania 42 Night Two will see CM Punk put his World Heavyweight Championship on the line against Roman Reigns. There is no love lost between these two stars, and they have made it even more evident on the Road To WrestleMania.

CM Punk has vowed to remain champion after The Grandest Stage Of Them All; however, it may just prove to be an empty promise. According to Chris The Wrestling Informer, Roman Reigns will dethrone the Chicago-native at Allegiant Stadium.

He also added that WWE United States Champion Sami Zayn will face the same fate as CM Punk. As per the report, the current plan is for Zayn to drop his title to Trick Williams at WrestleMania 42.

SPOILER : Trick Williams and Roman Reigns are likely to leave #WrestleMania as champions ! According to internal sources, the current plan is for Williams to win the United States title against Sami Zayn, while Reigns is expected to defeat CM Punk for the World Heavyweight Championship in the main event of Night 2.

CM Punk could face a serious accusation after WWE WrestleMania 42

While speaking during a recent edition of Vince Russo’s The Brand podcast, Russo stated that Triple H is very likely to come under the scanner for WWE’s disappointing WrestleMania 42 ticket sales.

The former writer felt The Game will put the blame on CM Punk’s drawing power as the topmost champion for such an unfortunate scenario.

What’s the basic fundamentals of professional wrestling? They’re gonna be 40,000 short of selling out both nights…they’re gonna look at Game, what is Game gonna say? Punk didn’t draw as a champion. Obviously, they’re not interested in Punk as a champion because he didn’t sell out WrestleMania. That’s the first thing everybody in the room is going to say. Punk didn’t draw. We’ve seen it a million times.

It will be interesting to see what Triple H and Co. can pull off at The Show of Shows and the following weeks to recover from their current slump.
