Triple H Urged To Induct Ex-Girlfriend Into WWE Hall Of Fame
Veteran urges WWE CCO Triple H to induct his ex-girlfriend Chyna into the WWE Hall of Fame.
This year’s WWE Hall of Fame ceremony will take place on Friday, April 17, at Dolby Live at Park MGM in Las Vegas.
Stephanie McMahon, AJ Styles, and Demolition (Ax & Smash) have been announced so far for this year’s class. The Undertaker has been confirmed to personally induct Stephanie McMahon, while Demolition’s inducers have not yet been officially named.
Triple H’s Ex-Girlfriend Chyna Deserves A Solo Hall Of Fame Induction
Speaking on the latest episode of his The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy podcast, Hardy discussed which names he believes should be added to the Hall of Fame and deserve induction. One of the names he mentioned was Chyna, Triple H’s former partner.
Hardy stated that Chyna was a trailblazer in professional wrestling and fully deserves a WWE Hall of Fame induction. While Chyna is already in the Hall of Fame as a member of D-Generation X, having been posthumously inducted with the group, Hardy believes she also deserves a solo induction recognizing her individual legacy.
“Somebody else who goes hand in hand with that statement, someone who’s a trailblazer and put women in a prominent spot, was Chyna. She was a breakthrough in so many ways. She had a different look, very unique. She would wrestle men. She was such a trailblazer, and she broke so much ground.
Yes, it is cool that she did go in with DX, but she is someone who is also deserving of a solo spot. She was the complete opposite [of some others]. Even before we’d signed contracts, she was so nice to us. She was so happy when we got there. She was just so, so sweet and just had such a different mentality.”
