Tommaso Ciampa Flaunts Insanely Ripped Physique Following WWE Exit
Tommaso Ciampa recently quit WWE after a decade-long stint.
In a post he shared on X, Ciampa thanked a host of people in the company while expressing gratitude and honor towards the chance to represent the company. He closed the message by revealing that he was open to future bookings and appearances.
The 40-year-old’s last TV appearance was during the December 19, 2025, episode of SmackDown, where he teamed up with his #DIY stablemate, Johnny Gargano, to take on Ilja Dragunov and Carmelo Hayes.
Despite putting on an incredible offense, #DIY lost the match to the babyfaces. Since then, Gargano has been appearing alongside his wife, Candice LeRae.
In his time away from WWE, Tommaso Ciampa has not forgotten the importance of keeping himself physically active, as he shared his insanely ripped physique on social media.
An Instagram video he shared shows him working out while the caption spells out his routine.

Tommaso Ciampa Is Possibly NJPW-Bound
In his tweet, Tommaso Ciampa did not reveal the details about his next wrestling destination.
While it is easy to speculate that he may be AEW or TNA-bound, Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer claimed that Ciampa may be headed to New Japan Pro Wrestling.
The latest report on Wrestling Observer Newsletter also revealed why AEW might not be the right fit for him.
He’d fit in style wise with AEW but AEW has such a large roster filled with top talent so it’s a tough place to break through. The fact he’s pushing indie bookings would seem to indicate he didn’t leave for AEW and a deal there, but it wouldn’t surprise me to see such a deal happen given Tony Khan signing so many people and he’s a strong in-ring wrestler.
