Stephanie McMahon WWE

Stephanie McMahon hurt her foot six months ago and has been in recovery ever since.

Speaking to her best friend, Elyse Dudzinski, on her podcast, What’s Your Story? with Stephanie McMahon, the former WWE co-CEO and Chairwoman, shared the story about her injury when the discussion briefly shifted to Vibram.

…I hurt my foot training, remember, like, about six months ago, and it’s still not recovered.

The Billion Dollar Princess‘ then gave more insight about how she sustained the injury.

I was doing single leg drills, and then I was walking on the treadmill, and I oddly stubbed my foot, walking.

She confirmed walking on the treadmill barefoot and how her Vibram shoes have contributed to her health in the past.

They rebuilt the arch in my foot after I had the kids. My arch dropped and my foot, like, really grew and was very painful and uncomfortable. I used to, like, I have very high arches, and I started to be able to feel my arches on the bottom of the floor, and I was like, whoa, that’s not good. So, I got my first pair of Vibrams and I wore them all the time and they rebuilt the arch in my foot.
