Seth Rollins Makes Shock Return To Non-WWE Wrestling Promotion
Seth Rollins is one of the biggest stars in WWE currently having held the promotion’s World Championships multiple times during his career and appeared at WrestleMania 42 this past weekend.
He wrestled Gunther in a hard-hitting match but lost after Bron Breakker interrupted to cost him the bout. Rollins was then attacked by the Dog of WWE with multiple spears to take him out.
Despite being a WWE guy for most his wrestling career, Rollins started out on the independent circuit, wrestling as Tyler Black for multiple promotions like Ring of Honor and Pro Wrestling Guerilla among others.
Seth Rollins made a rare non-WWE appearance recently
Recently, he made a shocking return to a non-WWE promotion as he showed up at All American Wrestling’s event at the Berwyn Eagles Club in Chicago, Illinois. The former Tyler Black was greeted to a huge pop from the crowd.
Rollins used to wrestle for AAW during the early parts of his career and returned to the promtion’s final show at the iconic Berwyn Eagles Club. The club announced that they would stop hosting wrestling events from now, after having done so for the last 20 years.
The venue witnessed a brawl between a fan and a wrestler which included a fake stabbing, leading to them moving away from wrestling events. Rollins was present for the promotion’s final show at the venue, having won the AAW Heavyweight Championship and the AAW Tag Team Championship twice each.
