Seth Rollins is back on WWE TV, but he may not be ready to return to the ring just yet.

The last match that Seth Rollins had in a WWE ring was at the Crown Jewel PLE in October 2025. During that match, Rollins got the win over Cody Rhodes, but he also suffered a serious injury to his left shoulder after doing a coast-to-coast headbutt.

Following the injury at Crown Jewel, Rollins had surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff and hasn’t wrestled since then. There was an estimated 5-6 month timeline for Rollins to miss in-ring action, which means he could be ready for WrestleMania on April 18 & 19.

At Elimination Chamber in Chicago, Rollins returned to WWE programming to cost The Vision’s Logan Paul in the Elimination Chamber match since Rollins was kicked out of The Vision after his injury.

Since then, Rollins has also made life hell for The Vision by attacking Paul Heyman with a steel chair and hitting The Stomp on the “Wise Man.” Rollins has also used multiple masked men to prevent The Vision from getting their hands on him. It’s been an effective case of mind games from Rollins.

Seth Rollins Admits He Is Not Cleared To Compete Yet

On WWE Raw, General Manager Adam Pearce has repeatedly said that Seth Rollins still isn’t cleared to compete. In addition to his life as a WWE superstar, Seth Rollins also co-hosts NFL Network’s Good Morning Football on occasion. While talking about the NFL’s Kansas City Chiefs on GMFB, Rollins spoke about his masked men allies and also confirmed that he isn’t able to wrestle yet.

“I’ll tell you what, I’ll give the (Kansas City) Chiefs credit on this. They were a little more synchronized than my masked men were. The masked men were all over the place. There was a lot of jumble, a lot of two left feet going on in there. The Chiefs were more synchronized.

However, I gotta say, one of these plays worked! And the other one didn’t! Alright, you gotta execute… We executed to perfection. We got in there, we protected Seth Rollins, we confused everybody and we got out of there, and that is what we had to do because Seth Rollins, that’s me, I’m not cleared yet.

I can’t get into any real physicality. I gotta protect this shoulder for maybe another couple weeks or so and then we’ll see if we need these masked men, if we need all this trickeration or not.”

As he continued, Rollins jokingly said he was just hoping nobody got injured during his segment on Raw.

“You know what? I was just hoping nobody lost a shoe. I was like, hopefully nobody falls over or nobody lost a shoe… When you’re dealing with a lot of bodies like that and a lot of moving parts in the ring, I was just hoping nobody blew out an ACL. I was hoping nobody lost a ligament in the knee there.”
