WWE Raw: Roman Reigns, CM Punk To Appear; Other Matches Confirmed By GM Adam Pearce
The Road to WrestleMania continues with a potentially explosive WWE Raw taping in Indianapolis, Indiana, on Monday.
As announced by GM Adam Pearce, Roman Reigns will be in the house, and so will the World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk.
Before his appearance on the February 2 episode of the red brand, Reigns had won the men’s Royal Rumble match in Riyadh, earning the privilege of naming his choice of WWE Champion he would face at the Show of Shows.
During the taping, he came face-to-face with Punk in an intense main event segment, where the Original Tribal Chief claimed that he was choosing The Second City Saint because he hated him.
CM Punk, on the other hand, comes in fresh with a victory over Finn Balor at the Elimination Chamber PLE on Saturday. He is expected to face off with Reigns again.
WWE Championship To Be Defended On Raw
Adam Pearce also confirmed that Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio will defend his title against Penta, who became the #1 Contender with a victory over El Grande Americano a couple of weeks ago.
The newly crowned Women’s Intercontinental Champion, AJ Lee, will make an appearance as well on the red brand. Lee defeated Becky Lynch on Saturday in her first title match in over 10 years to become the IC Champion for the first time.
Former World Heavyweight Champion Gunther will go one-on-one against Dragon Lee. The two superstars have been feuding over The Ring General’s disrespect of Dragon Lee’s former tag team partner, AJ Styles, whom he retired at the Royal Rumble.
Elimination Chamber also witnessed the return of Seth Rollins, who had been on the shelf since the Crown Jewel PLE in October 2025. Rollins made his presence felt during the men’s chamber match, where he attacked The Vision’s Logan Paul.
