The 2022 list of the top 150 women’s wrestlers in the world according to PWI with a Japanese star beating out competition from WWE & AEW to claim the top spot.

The PWI 500 dates back to 1991 and every year ranks the 500 best wrestlers on the planet with Roman Reigns picking up the top spot when that list was announced earlier in 2022 beating out competition from NJPW’s Kazuchika Okada and AEW’s CM Punk.

Since 2008 the PWI Women’s 150 has ranked the best 150 female wrestlers in the world over the course of a year and in 2022 it is Stardom’s Syuri that tops the charts.

Finishing seventh on the same list in 2021, Syuri has had a remarkable run during the consideration period for the PWI Women’s 150 which ran between the 1st of October 2021 and the 15th of September 2022.
