There’s good news for one WWE star following a frightening moment on Raw that led to a match being stopped.

Belfast played host to WWE Raw for the very first time on January 19th, and the Irish fans in attendance witnessed a huge show. A shocking heel turn took place as Becky Lynch was lucky to retain her WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship.

Finn Balor had his shot at the World Heavyweight Championship in the night’s main event, but ultimately, CM Punk managed to escape with his gold.

Raw newcomer Je’Von Evans clashed with El Grande Americano, but fans watching at home were in for a nasty surprise when the show returned from a commercial break. During that break, the referee was forced to call the match off due to an injury suffered by Evans. Commentary noted that either Evans’ shoulder or chest appeared to be hurt.

But now there is some good news.

Je’Von Evans OK After WWE Raw Injury

PWInsider has reported that Je’Von Evans is believed to be okay. There was said to be no great concern of a structural injury, but there was worry about a possible concussion. WWE’s medical staff evaluated Evans backstage at the show, and he was cleared to leave the arena with the rest of the roster. A concussion was not definitively ruled out, but the early signs indicate that Evans suffered no serious damage that will keep him out of action.
