Nikki Bella Suffered Legit Injuries At WWE Royal Rumble

The 2026 Women’s Royal Rumble match was expectedly chaotic.

At different points during the bout, fans got to see superstars returning from injuries as well as some after being out for the longest duration.

Nikki Bella made her first appearance since the December 29 episode of WWE Raw, where she competed for the Women’s World Championship against Raquel Rodriguez and champion Stephanie Vaquer.

Bella was tight-lipped about her Rumble appearance, not giving reporters or fans any clue about whether or not she was going to be a part of the match.

However, Nikki Bella’s appearance was confirmed when she entered as the #25 participant, lasting just over 14 minutes before being eliminated by Lash Legend. She also secured 1 elimination by dumping Bayley over the top rope.

During the match, she also suffered several injuries, which she spoke about recently.

Brie and Nikki Bella were the guests on the latest episode of Logan Paul’s IMPAULSIVE podcast.

At one point, they discussed the Saudi Arabia fans’ love for WWE legends, claiming how it changes the atmosphere in a match like the Royal Rumble.

They also discussed #30 being a spot reserved for legends on several previous occasions, but Gunther held it this time around.

Paul then lifted his shirt to show a handprint of a chop he received from The Ring General.

Nikki then claimed she suffered injuries, too.

I can’t show you mine, but I have some good kick marks that are like going down. I got a busted lip. [8:39 onwards]

The Bella Twins reunited on the February 2 episode of WWE Raw, where they staked their claim for the Women’s Tag Team Championship, currently held by Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky.
