New WWE Women’s Tag Champions Crowned On 9/12 Monday Night RAW

Damage CNTRL are the new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.

During the 9/12 episode of Monday Night RAW, Dakota Kai and IYO SKY defeated now-former champions, Raquel Rodriguez and Aliyah to claim the titles.

Damage CNTRL picked up the victory after SKY took out Rodriguez on the outside with a moonsault, while back in the ring, Kai took care of Aliyah by planting her with the Kairopractor to secure the 1-2-3 and the titles.

Kai and SKY were unsuccessful during their first matchup against Rodriguez and Aliyah as the Bayley-led duo lost due to a controversial pin fall by Aliyah onto the at-the-time illegal member of her team, Dakota Kai during the teams’ WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Tournament Final match, two weeks ago.
