Myles Borne Loses Big Match On WWE NXT As Ethan Page’s Mind Games Backfire
Last week on WWE NXT, three of the six participants of the championship ladder match were confirmed after two men joined Ricky Saints, who became the first person to qualify for the match.
Ricky was joined by Shiloh Hill and Sean Legacy, who defeated Joshua Briggs and Eli Knight, respectively, to advance to the ladder match. The rest of the participants were scheduled to be confirmed tonight.
Joe Hendry was scheduled to face Jackson Drake in the opening match of the night, but he was taken out by an unknown assailant and isn’t medically cleared to compete. Instead, Drake was given the walkover in this scenario.
Dion Lennox advances to the WWE NXT Championship match
The second person to advance to the NXT Championship ladder match was Dion Lennox, who defeated Myles Borne to seal his spot. Lennox has been trying to get his hands on the title for a while now, and next week could be his perfect opportunity.
Borne and Dion wrestled a great match in front of the NXT Universe, before Ethan Page played a factor. Page, who has been trying to get Borne over to the dark side, was present in his corner as he claims that Borne’s ways aren’t working out for him.

Page tried to offer his championship to Borne so that he could attack Lennox, but Borne hesitated, and it backfired on him and cost him the match. Ethan tried to mock Borne for his lack of killer instinct, but was laid out by Myles as he used the belt to knock him out.
