Member Of The Vision Chosen As “Perfect” WWE Royal Rumble Winner
A former WWE superstar thinks that a wrestler in The Vision would be a great choice for a Royal Rumble winner.
The WWE Royal Rumble PLE is just two weeks away on January 31st. Even though Cody Rhodes is the only man to declare himself as a participant in the Royal Rumble match, it’s expected that many big names will be in the Rumble match.
In addition to two-time Royal Rumble winner Cody Rhodes, some major WWE names like Roman Reigns, Gunther, AJ Styles, and Brock Lesnar will likely be part of the Men’s Rumble match, while the legendary Chris Jericho is also rumored to return as well.
When it comes to predicting a winner, some fans may be picking a former WWE World Champion like the names mentioned above, while other people may go with a wrestler who has yet to be a World Champion on the main roster.
Former WWE superstar David Otunga told TMZ’s Inside The Ring that The Vision’s Bron Breakker is his pick to win the Men’s Royal Rumble. Breakker would fit the label of somebody who hasn’t won a World Title on the main roster yet.
“I really think Bron Breakker, like, I think he would be perfect. I see that, and he’s due for a main event spot at some time.
And I think winning the Royal Rumble, that’s a great way to do it when that and then now he’s got this main event spot at Mania, yeah, I can see that.”
The Vision’s Paul Heyman Will Try To Help Bron Breakker From Being Suspended By WWE
On the January 12th edition of WWE Monday Night Raw, Bron Breakker was indefinitely suspended by Raw GM Adam Pearce. In Pearce’s view, Breakker was out of control after ruining a tag team match. Pearce got in Breakker’s face, and Breakker put his hands on Pearce as well.
In a backstage segment, Bron Breakker was shown walking down a hallway. Adam Pearce told Bron that he is suspended indefinitely. Bronson Reed pulled Breakker away.
The Vision’s Paul Heyman told Pearce that it was a very big mistake. Pearce said it was a mistake by Bron. Heyman said that it was a mistake from Pearce because, from his vantage point, Pearce put his hands on Breakker first. The announcers said that Heyman had a point.
David Otunga gave his take on that storyline as well since he’s a lawyer.
“Well, technically, I believe he could within the bounds of the contract, but I think that his argument falls apart being that he’s alleging that Bron battered him, when, in fact, it was Adam Pearce who put his hands on Bron first.
Bron could argue that this is self-defense. I mean, if I were his attorney, I would argue this is self-defense and that this suspension is invalid and should be nullified immediately. And if it’s not, Adam Pearce should potentially be fined.”
It’s likely that Bron Breakker’s WWE suspension won’t last that long and he’ll likely be a popular pick to win the Royal Rumble as Breakker tries to take the World Title from CM Punk.
