Major Spoiler On WWE Women’s WarGames

Damage CTRL Asuka WWE

The events of WWE SmackDown have led many to believe a women’s WarGames match will take place at Survivor Series and the missing piece of the puzzle might well have been revealed.

SmackDown in Columbus, Ohio saw Damage CTRL resolve their issues with Kairi Sane now back in WWE with Dakota Kai and IYO SKY telling Bayley they brought Sane to the group to help ease her workload. For her part, Kairi Sane forgave Bayley for attacking her backstage and sending her packing out of WWE in 2020.

That led to a huge six-woman tag team match in the night’s main event as Sane, Bayley, and SKY teamed to take on Bianca Belair, Charlotte Flair, and Asuka. Old friendships die hard though and Asuka refused to tag her partners before misting Belair to reunite with Kairi Sane and join Damage CTRL in their attack on the The Queen and The EST. Shotzi rushed to the ring to try and make the save but was also overwhelmed by the numbers advantage.

With Survivor Series just around the corner in WWE, many believe that this gang warfare is to set up a women’s WarGames match at the event. The men’s WarGames match could yet see a former WWE Champion added to the mix.

WWE WarGames Set To Welcome Becky Lynch

As the current feud involving SmackDown’s top female stars sees an imbalance in the numbers, PWInsider has reported that Becky Lynch could be the woman to join Flair, Belair, and Shotzi.

In 2022 Becky Lynch was part of a team that did battle with Damage CTRL inside WarGames and on that occasion, Lynch was only confirmed as part of the match one night before it took place following a four-month absence. Lynch has not been seen since losing the NXT Women’s Championship to Lyra Valkyria at Halloween Havoc.
