John Cena Addresses Multiple WWE WrestleMania 42 Debuts: “I’m So Excited”

WWE Legend John Cena will have the honor of seeing these new stars debut at WrestleMania this year.

John Cena retired from in-ring action after he tapped out to Gunther’s deadly sleeper hold in his last WWE match at Saturday Night’s Main Event in December last year.

Cena has said that he will return to WWE in a new behind-the-scenes role, but before that, his latest task is to be the host of WrestleMania 42.

Cena, who has been dubbed the Greatest of All Time by WWE and someone who many consider to be one of the best performers ever, has always been about giving back to the business.

Cena has said on multiple occasions that he believes in leaving the company in a better position than when he first joined. He did his part by putting Gunther over when he retired last year, as Gunther is a modern-day star in the company who is still working on building a great career.

Now, at WrestleMania 42, John Cena will get to see many of WWE’s new performers debut.

John Cena Is Excited About New Stars’ Debuting At WrestleMania 42

John Cena, who will officially host WrestleMania 42, will bear witness to stars like Lash Legend, Je’Von Evans, Trick Williams, Oba Femi, and Stephanie Vaquer, all of whom will be entering their first-ever WrestleMania.

Cena mentioned the above stars on his latest X post and noted that he has met many people since his retirement who had seen his first and last WrestleMania match. Cena then writes that he would love to say the same about the aforementioned rising stars on their debuts at WrestleMania.

Since retirement I’ve met so many wonderful people who’ve shared with me that they saw my first WrestleMania match … and my last. I’m so excited to be able to say “I was there!” for the WM debuts of this incredible group!
