This former WWE star recently answered a question about possibly returning to the Stamford-based promotion.

Former WWE star Damien Sandow (real name Aron Stevens) had multiple gimmicks during his run with the company, from being an egotistical scholar to mimicking The Miz and other wrestlers and characters from popular culture.

He famously won the Money in the Bank in 2013 but failed to cash in against John Cena. Money in the Bank winners would mostly get pushed to the next level, but with Sandow, this unfortunately marked the beginning of a downward trajectory.

WrestleTalk recently interviewed Stevens and asked him if he would return to the wrestling giant if they were to call him.

Damien Sandow Says He May Or May Not Return To WWE If He Is Called

Sandow says to WrestleTalk in the interview that a year ago, he would’ve said no to a return, but is now open to the idea and said that he may or may not take up the opportunity.

Aron Stevens (fka Damien Sandow) on if he’d ever return to WWE: “Look, if WWE called, it’s not something I really think about. If they called, alright, I would of course listen. I mean, I may say yes, I may say no. “There are so many factors that go into that, but I would’ve said no a year and a half ago. I totally would’ve said no. Now it’s like, you never know. “You never know, but I’m certainly not like, having any aspirations. I’m far too concerned with trying to do the best I can where I’m at.” (XeniaDidThat)
