Former WWE Head of Talent Relations John Laurinaitis has been called out by an ex-diva for inappropriate conduct.

Before taking up authority positions, Laurinaitis had a wrestling career, which started in 1986 in the NWA, where he competed under the name Johnny Ace.

He achieved significant success in All Japan Pro Wrestling between 1988 and 2000 before being recruited by WCW as its head booker, replacing Vince Russo.

In 2001, Laurinaitis joined WWE as a road agent before being promoted to director of talent relations. He went on to replace Jim Ross as the vice president of talent relations, receiving heavy criticism from the likes of Jim Cornette for his work.

After being replaced by Triple H, he was brought on as an authority figure on TV, earning notoriety as a heel and picking up feuds with wrestlers such as CM Punk and John Cena.

John Lauranaitis was one of the individuals named in the Janel Grant case, which resulted in his demotion to again become a road agent. After being re-hired as the head of talent relations in 2021, he was released the following year owing to an investigation against him and Vince McMahon.

Former WWE Talent Accuses John Laurinaitis Of Inappropriate Behavior

Gail Kim signed with WWE in 2002 after competing for two years in the Canadian independent circuit.

After being heavily advertised ahead of her debut, Kim was seen as one of the top future wrestlers in the Stamford promotion.

However, after two years in the company, she was unceremoniously released because she had expressed her desire to take the women’s division in a new direction.

Recently, John Laurinaitis announced his first public appearance since being named in the Janel Grant lawsuit.

Sharing his video on X, the Canadian superstar called the move ‘ballsy.’ When a user accused her of being salty because “he didn’t think she was hot,” Kim retorted by highlighting his inappropriate behavior towards her.
