Cody Rhodes Breaks Silence After WWE WrestleMania 42 Status Gets Confirmed
Cody Rhodes has secured his spot on the WrestleMania 42 match card.
The American Nightmare had two chances to secure a WrestleMania 42 spot, Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber. Unfortunately, he couldn’t win either.
However, a mistake on Drew McIntyre’s part resulted in Nick Aldis booking McIntyre vs. Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship on SmackDown.
Cody Rhodes has a message for WrestleMania 42
The American Nightmare defeated The Scottish Warrior on SmackDown, but after Jacob Fatu interfered. As the new Undisputed WWE Champion, Cody Rhodes will face Randy Orton at The Show of Shows.
He took to social media to claim that records can always be broken, even if it’s one’s own record.

Some fans have responded to it by claiming that Drew McIntyre deserves to be in the title picture and Rhodes should pass the ball. On the other hand, some fans are looking forward to seeing The American Nightmare main event WrestleMania once again.
It’s likely that Drew McIntyre will face Jacob Fatu at WrestleMania 42 since reports had suggested that WWE is leaning into that angle for The Scottish Warrior.
