CM Punk Pictured With AEW Stars
CM Punk looks to be getting closer and closer to returning to AEW.
CM Punk hasn’t been seen on wrestling programming for months as he has been recovering from an injury and has been dealing with backstage and contract issues.
As his timeline for recovery draws to a close, many fans wonder if Punk will even return to AEW at all or go elsewhere. However, one of his closest friends in that company has teased a possible return.
Earlier today, CM Punk was photographed alongside Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler of FTR in a gym. The tag team duo can be seen flexing and posing as Punk looks to be all smiles.

But CM Punk isn’t the only one dealing with an uncertain future. FTR recently accepted a special stipulation from The Gunns on AEW Dynamite. If The Gunns retain their World Tag Team Championships against FTR, then FTR must leave the company forever.
And since both Harwood and Wheeler have been rather silent and intentionally vague about their contract status, some fans have started buying into the idea that FTR could lose to The Gunns and leave the company altogether.
