Charlotte Flair is including herself on a women’s wrestling Mount Rushmore.

It was over 10 years ago, in the summer of 2015, when Charlotte Flair was called up to the WWE main roster along with Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch. Later, Bayley would join them on the main roster.

The group of Flair, Banks, Lynch, and Bayley was known as the Four Horsewomen of WWE, even though they never participated in a storyline with all four of them in a rivalry. Over the years, though, they all interacted frequently and had many major matches while exchanging titles throughout their careers.

As the leaders of the “Women’s Evolution” (or Revolution) in WWE, the Four Horsewomen will always be linked together, even though Banks works for AEW as Mercedes Mone.

During an appearance on the Complex Graps Wrestling Podcast, Charlotte Flair was asked about a Mount Rushmore of women’s wrestling, which means picking four of the best women wrestlers ever. For her choice, she went with the Four Horsewomen, which includes herself.

“I always say the Four Horsewomen just because they’re who and why I fell in love with wrestling. Not that I didn’t respect or love or look up to the women before me, had I not, we all have kind of gone our separate paths, but had I not been with that core when I started, I don’t know where I’d be today.

They’re the reason why I fell in love with wrestling, got good at wrestling, and we all took it to the next level together. So, that’s my four.”

Charlotte Flair Enjoying Tag Team With Alexa Bliss

After winning the 2025 Women’s Royal Rumble, Charlotte Flair went on to challenge Tiffany Stratton for the WWE Women’s Title at WrestleMania 41. Flair lost that match and, after that, found a new path in a tag team with Alexa Bliss. The two future Hall of Famers were Women’s Tag Team Champions in 2025 and hope to win the titles again.

Flair told Complex Graps that the tag team with Bliss took some time to get used to, and it’s working very well for them.

“It’s not that I never thought it would be successful, but I mean I like wrestling. I like being in there. I like being in there the whole time and I like being able, you know, to dance with my opponent.

So, in any tag team situation that I’ve been in since I started, not that it hasn’t gelled, but it hasn’t been like I maybe, I mean it didn’t have the chemistry or it wasn’t given the time to get the chemistry or whatever that looks like.

But with Lexi, it just seems like one of those, you know, the best things are the ones that you don’t plan. And this wasn’t planned and it was out of nowhere. So, I think that’s why it’s doing so well.”

Next up for Flair and Bliss is a match against The Bella Twins on the March 27th SmackDown as both teams look to earn a Women’s Tag Team Title match in the future.
