BREAKING: Roman Reigns Injured On WWE RAW

Roman Reigns defeated CM Punk at WWE WrestleMania 42 to become a World Champion in the promotion once again, and he had his first defence of the World Heavyweight Championship at Backlash this past weekend.

He was challenged by Jacob Fatu to a match for the title, and despite being pushed to the limit by the Samoan Werewolf, he came out on top and defeated his cousin to retain the title.

However, it was the Samoan Werewolf who stood tall at the end of the night as he attacked Roman Reigns after the match and left him reeling in the ring after catching him in multiple Tongan Death Grips on the OTC.

Following his actions, Roman demanded that Fatu come to WWE RAW tonight to officially acknowledge him as the Tribal Chief. He stood in the ring as Fatu made his way to the arena, where he was met by Jey Uso.

Jacob Fatu snapped once again on WWE RAW

Jey tried to talk him out of what Fatu had planned, but was unable to do so as he attacked his cousin in the Guerrila area. He then continued his assault by taking Jimmy Uso out on the ramp before turning his attention to Reigns.

They brawled in the ring as Fatu gained the upper hand, but Roman got back with a Superman Punch. He assaulted Fatu with multiple chair shots, but just as he looked to hit him with the Spear, Jacob hit a Superkick to Reigns.

He then continued to take out Reigns with the Tongan Death Grip and even put him through the announce table. He had Roman in the hold on multiple occasions before he appeared to head backstage as Roman bled from his left hand.

Roman was being helped by the WWE staff and The Usos when Fatu returned to take all three of them out with a huge running hip attack through the barricade as the show went off the air.
