Booker T Claims He “Wouldn’t Be Surprised” If Bray Wyatt Makes WWE Return

Bray Wyatt

WWE Hall Of Famer Booker T has said that there is often method to the madness within the company, and that there could be a precursor to the return of Bray Wyatt.

Many were shocked when Bray Wyatt was released from his WWE contract on 31st July 2021, after a tenure of 12 years with the organisation. The release came when he hadn’t appeared on television since his WrestleMania 37 loss to Randy Orton.

At WrestleMania Backlash 2022, Pat McAfee made note on commentary of a child who was dressed as Wyatt’s alter-ego ‘The Fiend’ in the audience, causing the former WWE Champion to trend on social media as a result.

Now speaking on his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T has claimed that he would not be surprised if Bray Wyatt made a return to WWE, as a comment like that would not be made without reason behind it.

Pat McAfee actually mentioned Bray Wyatt on the show last night [WrestleMania Backlash], I don’t know if that’s a precursor, I don’t know if that’s a signal, a spoiler, or teaser. But, normally, there’s a method to all the madness.

Like I said, Pat McAfee mentioned Bray Wyatt on the show last night, so we don’t know what’s about to happen. And I’m going to tell you right now, I would not be surprised one bit if Bray Wyatt was to show up in the WWE.

Although he has made a number of public appearances, Wyatt has not returned to competition with any of the top companies since his release as has been speculated on multiple occasions.
