Bianca Belair is looking ahead to WrestleMania hoping to pick up yet another victory at WWE’s biggest show of the year.

WrestleMania has been very good to the current WWE Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair.

The first WrestleMania match that Belair had was the main event of WrestleMania 37 Night One in 2021. Belair challenged Sasha Banks on that night for the Smackdown Women’s Title. It was a breakout performance from Belair as she showed off her power in a memorable spot as she pressed Banks over her head and walked up the ringside steps. Belair beat Banks for her first championship in WWE in a match featuring two black women in the WrestleMania main event for the first time ever.

At WrestleMania 38 last year, Bianca Belair faced off against her rival Becky Lynch for the Raw Women’s Championship. In yet another great match, Belair became the Raw Women’s Champion for the first time in her career.

It’s over 300 days later and Belair still remains the Raw Women’s Champion heading into this year’s WrestleMania 39 event at Sofi Stadium in Los Angeles on April 1st and April 2nd.

In an interview with Fightful, Bianca Belair did an interview before this year’s Royal Rumble match saying her goal this year is to have a three peat at WrestleMania meaning a third straight victory at the biggest show of the year.

“I’m excited. Like you said, to main event the first one and then the second one I came out with a HBCU band and then I wrapped up a year-long feud with Becky Lynch and walked out as Raw Women’s Champion and after that WrestleMania someone came up to me and [tells me that I’m] Ms. WrestleMania.”

“I’m like oh, that means next year I’m gonna have to go three peat. So that’s my goal is to go three peat. But each Mania, I’ve been in the ring with amazing women and I couldn’t have done it without them. So I’m excited to see who’s gonna win the Royal Rumble, are they gonna pick me? I’m excited to go in and have another banger at WrestleMania.”

While Belair mentioned the Royal Rumble, she will not be facing Royal Rumble winner Rhea Ripley, who has chosen to face Smackdown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair instead.

Bianca Belair found out her opponent at Elimination Chamber this past Saturday when Asuka won the Women’s Elimination Chamber. that means Belair will defend the Raw Women’s Championship against Asuka this coming April.
