Bayley On Why Sasha Banks And Naomi Should “Stay On The Runway”
With Sasha Banks and Naomi turning their hand to modelling, Bayley has weighed in on the situation, jokingly warning them to stay away from the squared circle.
Having remained absent from WWE programming since walking out of the company in May, Sasha Banks and Naomi have kept themselves busy in this post-WWE chapter of their lives. Most recently, they walked the catwalk as part of New York Fashion Week, doing so to great acclaim.
Speaking on the In The Kliq podcast, Bayley discussed their appearance, describing how she felt like a mother figure to the former Women’s Tag Team Champions during the moment:
“I was so nervous for them. I felt like a mom or something. I’ve watched them win the Women’s Tag Team Titles at WrestleMania. But it felt different watching them come out on that runway for such a big deal and something that they both really wanted to do and felt passionate about. Super proud of them, and it was so fun. I had a great time.”
Continuing, Bayley hilariously warned the duo to stay away from WWE, otherwise she’d “kick their a**”:
“If they ever do return, I’m just going to kick their a**. They might be scared to come back for me. You might want to stay on the runway.”
Bayley has history with both Sasha Banks and Naomi, contesting celebrated rivalries on both the main roster and in NXT opposite ‘The Legit Boss’, and defending the SmackDown Women’s Championship against Naomi during the 2020 Super ShowDown pay-per-view.
