AEW Pulls Off A Major Surprise As Former WWE Champion Debuts Tonight
AEW Dynamite in Austin, Texas, was off to an amazing start as the fans saw two former World Champions like Kenny Omega and Jon Moxley in action in the opening two matches of the night.
They were then treated to a title match between El Clon and the TNT Champion Mark Briscoe. Following his win, Briscoe announced an open challenge for his title at Collision.
As soon as he was done announcing his challenge, the lights went out, and it was answered by a former WWE Champion, someone Briscoe knows very well.
Tommaso Ciampa debuts in AEW tonight
5-time former WWE champion Tommaso Ciampa made his debut in AEW tonight, shortly after leaving the promotion after his contract with the Stamford-based promotion expried earlier this month.

Ciampa and Briscoe had been involved in a rivlary during their time in ROH together, and they will look to recreate some of that magic when Ciampa makes his in-ring debut later this week on Collision during their TNT Championship match.
