WWE Elimination Chamber Lineup Update, Other Matches Likely to Be Added

TJR Wrestling

The WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view takes place on Sunday, February 17th which means there’s only one more week of Raw and Smackdown episodes before the PPV takes place at the Toyota Center in Houston. The official lineup after Raw, Smackdown and 205 Live this week looks like this:

WWE Championship Elimination Chamber Match: Daniel Bryan (c) vs. Randy Orton vs. Mustafa Ali vs. Samoa Joe vs. AJ Styles vs. Jeff Hardy

Smackdown Tag Team Championships: The Miz and Shane McMahon (c) vs. The Usos

Women’s Tag Team Titles Elimination Chamber Match: Nia Jax and Tamina vs. Sarah Logan and Liv Morgan vs. Sasha Banks and Bayley vs. Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville vs. Peyton Royce and Billie Kay vs. Carmella and Naomi

WWE Cruiserweight Championship: Buddy Murphy (c) vs. Akira Tozawa

What other matches could there be?

* Bobby Lashley vs. Finn Balor for the Intercontinental Title – This has been building for the last two weeks after Lashley attacked Balor and then this week on Raw, Balor beat Lio Rush in a match. Balor has yet to win the IC Title during his three years on Raw, so it makes sense to get the title on him either before WrestleMania or at WrestleMania.

* Braun Strowman and Angle vs. Baron Corbin and Drew McIntyre – It was the main event of Raw this week with a lame DQ finish, which likely suggests they will do the match again at Elimination Chamber. There was a rumor that Seth Rollins would have been in Angle’s spot in this match, but with Rollins out of action for a few weeks due to a back injury, Angle is in that spot.

* Andrade vs. Rey Mysterio – There was no Mysterio on Smackdown this week while Andrade talked trash about him, so there wasn’t much progress made on their rivalry. I can see them going 20+ minutes in this match and having one of the best matches of the year.

* Ronda Rousey vs. Ruby Riott for the Raw Women’s Title – This is less likely than the others above it because they teased it on Raw this week with Riott saying she will make Rousey wait for it. I don’t know if it’s an Elimination Chamber PPV match or if they just do it on Raw next week.

Brock Lesnar is not expected to wrestle at this show. There are other titles missing from the card as well, so it’s up to WWE to decide if they want to feature more title matches.
