Updated Lineup for WWE Great Balls of Fire on July 9; Other Matches Likely Added

Here’s the updated lineup for WWE Great Balls of Fire, which is a Raw brand PPV event taking place on July 9 in Dallas.

WWE Universal Championship: Brock Lesnar vs. Samoa Joe

Ambulance Match: Roman Reigns vs. Braun Strowman

That’s it for official matches. However, if you watched Raw and/or read my Raw Deal review then you know that they teased several other matches.

Seth Rollins vs. Bray Wyatt – It seems like a lock for this show.

Finn Balor vs. Elias Samson – This was set up on Raw. It would be Samson’s first PPV match.

Intercontinental Championship: The Miz vs. Dean Ambrose – It’s the feud that will never end.

Raw Tag Team Championship: Cesaro & Sheamus vs. The Hardy Boyz – There are no other face teams and the Hardys get a rematch, so it makes sense.

Cruiserweight Championship: Neville vs. Akira Tozawa – This match was pushed on Raw with Titus O’Neil wanting Tozawa to join the Titus Brand.

Big Cass vs. Enzo Amore – I can see them doing this match with Cass winning and moving onto a Big Show match at SummerSlam.

Goldust vs. R-Truth – After four weeks of promos they teased some sort of event on Monday. It could be a match there, but they might save the match for GBOF too.

There will probably be a women’s match, but it’s hard to know what that will be. Perhaps Alexa Bliss vs. Sasha Banks or something else involving multiple women.
