WWE Elimination Chamber Finalizes Drew McInytre’s WrestleMania 42 Opponent
All World Championship matches for WWE WrestleMania 42 are now confirmed following the conclusion of Elimination Chamber, the final PLE before the Showcase of the Immortals.
Roman Reigns had already challenged CM Punk for the title after winning the Royal Rumble last month, and the match was set in stone tonight after CM Punk retained the title against Finn Balor.
While the other Royal Rumble winner, Liv Morgan, chose Stephanie Vaquer as her opponent, Rhea Ripley picked up the win in her Elimination Chamber match to challenge Jade Cargill.
The main event then saw Drew McIntyre find out his challenger for the Undisputed WWE Championship as the men’s Chamber match closed out the show in Chicago.
Cody Rhodes and Je’Von Evans kicked off the match with an entertaining mini-match before Trick Williams came out and attacked both competitors to take control of the match.
Chaotic end to WWE Elimination Chamber sees surprise winner
All three of them took the fight to each other with no man keen on forming even temporary alliances, before Logan Paul entered the match and all three of them took him out and put him through the Chamber pod.
Paul’s night then went from bad to worse as LA Knight came out of the pod next, and it looked like he solely had eyes for the YouTube star, given his history with The Vision.
Knight then worked together with Je’Von Evans, and they pushed him off the top of a pod onto Cody Rhodes and Trick Williams, before LA hit Evans with a BFT on the top of the pod.

As Randy Orton made his way into the ring, the eliminations started taking place in the match. After suffering for much of the match, Logan Paul then got the first three eliminations in the fight.
However, his night then turned worse as Seth Rollins revealed himself as the masked man and cost Logan the match. He left after attacking Logan, leaving Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes to fight it out.
The surprises didn’t end there as Drew McIntyre snuck in the Chamber and attacked Cody Rhodes. Orton then took Drew out to help Cody with an RKO before hitting one on the American Nightmare as well to pick up the win and book his spot at WrestleMania 42, against Drew McInyre.
